Zero Tolerance
First Choice Healthcare operates a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, harassment, bullying, or victimisation of any kind — whether directed at colleagues, clients, families, or any other person. Any breach of this policy will be treated as a serious disciplinary matter.
Inclusive Care Practices
Cultural Awareness
You will work with clients and colleagues from a wide range of backgrounds. Take time to understand dietary requirements, religious practices, communication styles, and personal preferences. If you are unsure about something, ask respectfully. Showing genuine interest and respect goes a long way.
Raising Concerns
If you experience or witness any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying, report it to your manager immediately. If the concern involves your manager, contact a senior manager or HR. You will be supported and protected when raising genuine concerns.
