Induction
Every new team member completes a structured induction programme before working independently. This includes online learning modules with quizzes to confirm understanding, followed by practical competency sign-offs with experienced staff. You will not be placed with a client until your induction is complete and signed off.
Specialist Training
- Ventilation and respiratory support
- PEG feeding and nutritional management
- Tracheostomy care and management
- Oxygen therapy and monitoring
- Suction procedures and techniques

Specialist Training Note
Specialist training is provided for complex care packages and must be completed before you support a client requiring that intervention. If you return after an extended absence, refresher training will be arranged before you resume clinical duties.
