We will: Give you advance notice of schedules wherever possible|We expect: Attend all supervisions, meetings, and training sessions

We will: Provide training, support, and development opportunities|We expect: Bring your full self to the role every shift

We will: Be transparent about expectations and standards|We expect: Ask for help when you need it — there is no penalty for asking

Open Door Policy

You can raise any concern with your manager at any time. If you are not comfortable speaking to your direct manager, contact any member of the senior leadership team. We would always rather hear about a problem early than discover it too late.
