How It Works
Contact your manager or email info@firstchoicehealthcare.co.uk with the name and details of the person you are referring
Your referral completes the standard application and compliance process
Once your referral is placed and working, you begin earning based on their hours — up to 300 hours
Payments are included in your weekly pay as the hours accumulate
Important Details
The referral must name you as the referring employee at the point of application. Payments are made incrementally as your referral completes working hours up to the 300-hour threshold. Both the referrer and the referred person must be employed by First Choice Healthcare at the time of payment.
No Limit on Referrals
You can refer as many people as you like. Every successful referral earns you the full bonus. If you know multiple people who would thrive in care, send them our way.
