You are expected to read, understand, and follow all company policies and procedures. If you have questions about any policy, speak to your manager. Policies are regularly reviewed and updated, and it is your responsibility to stay current with any changes communicated to you.

Where to Find Policies

• Company policies are available through your manager on request
• Key policies are covered during your induction training
• Updates to policies will be communicated to you in writing or during team briefings
• If you cannot find a specific policy, ask your manager — never guess
