Payment Schedule

You are paid weekly in arrears for all hours worked. Payment is made directly into your nominated bank account and is subject to statutory deductions including tax and National Insurance.

You are paid for all hours worked regardless of whether the client has paid. Your pay is not contingent on client payment — that is a matter between the company and the client.

Payslips

Your payslips are available through the online portal. You should check your payslip each week and raise any queries with your manager promptly.

Expenses

You are responsible for your own travel costs, meals, and personal expenses unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any agreed expense reimbursements will be detailed in your contract or a separate written agreement.
